To portray the 3 step process to make your own meal in a way that is easy to understand and order. Also, creating a system so that there is no time lag once the customer places an order.

Solution

Solution - Since the brand chose to not have an online payment method, a payment gateway wasn't required. A customized CMS was made. This sent notifications to the restaurant once a customer places an order. The notification was an Email and a notification to the billing software/system. A dual notification system ensured that no order was missed out and the overall turnaround time was the least. To create an easy system to make your own meal, we created a three step flow process. With the usage of icons and descriptions, the process was made simple. Following the basic brand guidelines, we made the website fun and yummy with the colours, icons and quirky font type. Our objective is to create a site that will allow customers to order online and to create an easy back process so that orders are made and delivered in the least turnaround time.
